Jerkmate looks like a matching app, but the live rooms behind it are a long-running cam network. Knowing that explains its prices, its billing and why many trans viewers find it calm and well moderated.
What Jerkmate Actually Is
Jerkmate is a front end. You answer a short quiz about who you'd like to meet, or browse by category, and it shows you live performers. Independent reviews and its own billing records point to the same network behind it: Streamate, whose payments run through ICF Technology. So when you use Jerkmate, you're in Streamate-network rooms with a different interface on top.
Finding Trans Performers
- The quiz: pick trans performers in your answers and the matches lean that way.
- Categories: a trans category sits alongside the others, with filters for things like language and appearance.
- Bios: performers describe themselves in their own words. Use the names and terms they give.
How Paying Works
Jerkmate doesn't use tokens. It uses Gold, the Streamate network's credit, shown alongside dollar amounts. Public chat is free. Paid time is charged per minute at each performer's rate, for:
- Private shows: one-on-one time, which others may be able to spy on.
- Exclusive shows: one-on-one with no spying.
- Gold Shows: group shows with a set goal, a minimum entry and a countdown. If the performer doesn't start, you aren't charged for the Gold you pledged.
Rates are shown before you start, so you always know the per-minute price. Set a ceiling before you go private.
What Shows on Your Statement
Jerkmate charges don't say Jerkmate. Billing researchers who queried its public descriptor list in September 2026 found three forms: ECHST.NET, EPOCH.COM *ICFTECHNOL and, for PayPal, PayPal *ICFTECH. ECHST.NET's own site says such charges usually come from an entertainment website, and it runs a 24/7 lookup if you need to match one.
Is Jerkmate Safe?
For a viewer, it's a mainstream, long-established network with ID-verified performers and a large billing company behind it. In one Reddit thread on trans cam sites, viewers named it among the safest-feeling options. The cautions are the usual ones:
- Stay on the platform; don't move to outside apps.
- Use an email address kept for adult accounts.
- Watch per-minute rates; they add up faster than tips.
