Apollo Investments LLC, an Arkansas limited liability company, operates transcamguide.com (the "Site"; "we", "us"). Below we set out the information collected when you use the Site, the purposes it is used for, and your options.

2. Information collected
2.1 Provided by you. An email to us gives us your email address, any name you include and the message itself, which we use solely to respond and to keep a record of the request.
2.2 Collected automatically. Cloudflare, our hosting, DNS and security provider, processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and request time in order to deliver the Site, secure it and prevent abuse.

Cookies can be blocked or deleted in your browser; the Site remains readable if you do.
4. Affiliate links and tracking
Some links lead to third-party live-cam platforms. Following one takes you away from the Site, and the destination or its affiliate network may set cookies on your device to note that you came from us. A short tracking code in the link may identify the page that generated the click. Such codes describe our pages rather than you and contain no name, email or other personal detail. We receive no account or payment information, only reports such as click totals, sign-up totals and commissions. Third-party services are governed by their own privacy policies.
5. Purposes
We use information (a) to operate, secure and improve the Site; (b) to track and receive affiliate commissions; (c) to reply to messages and process privacy, correction and removal requests; and (d) to comply with law and protect our rights.
6. Disclosure to others
Information is shared only with service providers that help run the Site (hosting, DNS and security, email), where the law requires it, or in connection with a sale or transfer of the business. We neither sell personal information nor "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined by California law.
7. Retention
Emails and requests are retained as long as needed to handle them, plus a reasonable period for our records. Hosting and security logs are retained under our providers' schedules.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, including California and other US states with privacy laws, you may be entitled to know what personal information we hold about you, to request its deletion or correction, to opt out of any sale or sharing (neither of which we do), and to be free from different treatment for exercising these rights.
Send requests to [email protected] with the subject "Privacy request". Because no accounts exist, we usually hold almost nothing that identifies you. We may request details to verify that a request is genuine.
9. Minors
The Site is meant solely for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Security
All pages use HTTPS and we rely on reputable providers, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure.
11. International use
The Site is operated from the United States, and information from visitors elsewhere is processed in the United States.
