Stripchat Trans Review: The Most Private Show Options
Last checked: October 23, 2026.
Verdict: Stripchat is the best trans cam site if you're planning to pay for private time. It offers a price filter for privates, a no-spy Exclusive Private with an optional two-way cam, and the clearest refund policy we found. The trade-off is that prices only appear at checkout. How the Trans Category Is Built
Stripchat ties its Trans category to account verification. A performer who selects Trans as their gender while verifying appears in the category automatically, and anyone who registered under another gender can have it changed by support. That makes the category consistent: it lists performers by the gender on their verified account, not by a tag they added to a room.
From there, Stripchat's custom categories, which are built from profile information such as body type, hair and interests, help you narrow the list. If a performer isn't for you, choose "Not interested". They'll be hidden from your index page for 30 days.
Show Types Explained
| Show | Who can watch | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Public | Everyone | Free; tips optional |
| Private | You, plus spies if allowed | 8–150 tokens a minute; only you can chat |
| Exclusive Private | Only you | No spying; optional two-way cam |
| Group / Ticket / Spy | Varies | Prices set by each performer |
Privates stop automatically if your balance runs out, and either side can end them at any time. During a private, a menu lists the activities the performer offers, so you can see what's on offer before you request anything. Some performers allow recordings, which are saved to My Collection and can't be downloaded.
Stripchat's Private shows page has a price filter, which is the simplest way to find a rate you're comfortable with.
Pricing
There's no public price list. Click the green plus (+) button at the top of any page to see packs, prices and payment methods for your location. Stripchat says bigger packages carry bigger discounts, and that larger packs unlock automatically as your account history grows, or on request.
See our trans cam costs page for worked examples.
Payment Methods
Cards, plus PayPal, PaySafeCard, gift cards, Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, and local methods that vary by country. Bank wire has a 500 minimum in USD, EUR or GBP. Your statement shows a payment provider's name, such as EPOCH.COM, SegpayEU.com or Paymentico.com, rather than Stripchat.
Ultimate Membership
Ultimate gives you invisible mode (you don't appear in the viewer list), anonymous tips, unlimited private messages, stream previews on hover and member promotions. Tokens aren't included. Cancel any time under My Subscriptions.
Refund Rules
- Unused pack: your most recent pack can be refunded within 30 days if none of it was spent and you paid by card or PayPal.
- Disputed show: complain within 48 hours. Privates over 5 minutes can't get a full refund. If a show isn't right, leave right away and rate it with a comment.
- Tips: refundable only if there was a clear agreement on the request and amount.
Mobile
Stripchat runs as a web app you install from your mobile browser. It isn't on the App Store or Google Play, and Stripchat warns that any app claiming to be Stripchat there may be fraudulent.
How It Compares
Next to Chaturbate, Stripchat trades published pricing for more control once you're paying. Chaturbate publishes a token value and gives you a free tag-based trans section. Stripchat gives you a price filter, a standard no-spy option, invisible browsing with Ultimate, and a written refund window. Read the full head-to-head.
Pros and Cons
Pros - Trans category tied to verified account gender - Private price filter and no-spy Exclusive Privates - Written refund policy - Invisible mode with Ultimate
Cons - Prices hidden until checkout - Ultimate doesn't include tokens - No app-store app (and fake ones exist)
Bottom Line
If private shows are the point, Stripchat gives you the most control over price, privacy and refunds. Browse Stripchat's Trans category
