Trans Cam Costs and Real Deals
Last checked: October 23, 2026. We only list offers we found on the platforms' own help pages. There are no secret codes, and "token generators" are scams.
What You Actually Pay For
Watching public rooms is free on Chaturbate and Stripchat. Money goes on four things:
- Tips in public rooms (optional)
- Private shows, billed per minute at the performer's rate
- Content, such as photo and video sets
- Memberships: Chaturbate Supporter or Stripchat Ultimate
For most people, private shows are the biggest cost, so the performer's per-minute rate matters far more than the pack price.
The Formula
Cost = tokens per minute × minutes × your cost per token
Your cost per token is the pack price divided by the number of tokens in it. Both platforms show the private rate before you start.
Chaturbate Numbers
- Chaturbate values 200 tokens at $20.99, or about 10.5 cents a token.
- Wire purchases (from $250) are credited at 8 cents a token.
- Chaturbate says cryptocurrency gives its best rate (250-token minimum).
- VAT may be added in some regions. The final total shows before you pay.
Example: a performer charges 40 tokens a minute, with a 5-minute minimum.
| Length | Tokens | At 10.5¢ | At 8¢ |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 min (minimum) | 200 | about $21 | $16 |
| 10 min | 400 | about $42 | $32 |
| 15 min | 600 | about $63 | $48 |
Worked example; rates and minimums vary by performer.
Stripchat Numbers
- Prices are shown when you click the green plus (+) button. They vary by country and payment method.
- Stripchat says bigger packages carry bigger discounts.
- Private and Exclusive Private shows cost 8 to 150 tokens a minute.
Example: the same 10 minutes across Stripchat's range, at an illustrative 10 cents a token.
| Rate | 10 minutes | At 10¢ a token |
|---|---|---|
| 8 tk/min (low end) | 80 tokens | $8 |
| 40 tk/min | 400 tokens | $40 |
| 150 tk/min (top end) | 1,500 tokens | $150 |
Worked example. Check your own per-token cost at checkout.

Which Site Costs Less?
Neither is cheaper across the board, because performers set their own rates on both. Chaturbate makes the maths easier because it publishes a token value. Stripchat makes it easier to find a rate you're comfortable with, because its Private shows page has a price filter. If you're budget-focused, compare the same session length on both before you buy.
Real Deals We Found on Official Pages
Chaturbate Supporter bonus. Supporter is $19.95 a month and includes a one-time bonus of 200 tokens (Chaturbate values them at $20.99), plus room previews and anonymous tipping. It's a good first month if you'd buy about 200 tokens anyway. Later months don't include tokens, so cancel from the Memberships tab if you don't want it to continue.
Stripchat hourly draw. Stripchat gives 50 free tokens to 10 verified-email users every hour. Enter from the "Get 50 Free Tokens" tab at the bottom of a chat room, and claim a win within 10 minutes or it's gone.
Stripchat Ultimate free week. Buy certain token packages by credit card and Stripchat adds 7 days of Ultimate free, if you've never had Ultimate. Tick the confirmation box at checkout.
Stripchat account and seasonal discounts. There are no coupon codes. Eligible discounts appear in your account and by email, and Stripchat runs seasonal token promotions. If your checkout shows an offer on your first purchase, it applies automatically.
Cost Traps to Avoid
- Minimum lengths: a Chaturbate private may have a minimum, so check it before you confirm.
- Auto Refill: Chaturbate's optional card top-up repeats your last purchase when you run low.
- Running dry mid-show: Stripchat privates end automatically at zero tokens.
- Membership renewals: both memberships can bill again, so cancel if you only wanted one month.
Getting Money Back
Stripchat refunds your last pack within 30 days if none of it was used and you paid by card or PayPal. Show complaints must be made within 48 hours. Chaturbate routes billing refunds through its billing support line.
Sample Budgets
| Budget | Example of what it covers |
|---|---|
| $0 | Public rooms, chat, Stripchat's hourly draw |
| About $20 | Around 200 Chaturbate tokens: tips, or a 5-minute private at 40 tokens a minute |
| About $40 | A 10-minute Stripchat private at 40 tokens a minute, if your tokens cost about 10¢ |
Examples only; actual costs depend on rates and your pack price.
